Credits are the currency for generating and editing reports. Different report types cost different amounts based on complexity.

Navigate to the Report Catalog, select a template, fill in the required inputs, and generate your first ESG report.

Browse 45 templates organized by category. Each report shows its credit cost and complexity tier.

Required fields must be completed before generation. Optional fields can be left as "Not Provided" and will be clearly marked in the output.

Choose which ESG frameworks to align your report with. The AI will generate a Framework Alignment Appendix mapping your content to selected standards.

After submitting, the AI generates your report in 1-3 minutes. Credits are charged upon successful generation. Failed generations are automatically refunded.

Choose from: Rewrite Professionally, Make Concise, Expand with Details, Add Executive Summary, Align to Framework, or Board-Ready Tone.

See exactly what the AI changed with highlighted additions and deletions. Accept or reject changes individually.

Edits cost 2 base credits plus 1 credit per 700 words. The cost is shown before you confirm the edit.

Tier 1 (10 credits): Quick reports. Tier 2 (25 credits): Structured ESG. Tier 3 (60 credits): Advanced/Regulatory.

View all credit purchases, usage, and refunds in your Credit Wallet. Every transaction is logged for transparency.

Failed report generations are automatically refunded 100%. Contact support for other refund inquiries.

SuperAdmins can create users with initial passwords, force password resets on first login, and enable/disable accounts.

Users can generate reports. Admins can manage pricing and credits. SuperAdmins have full system access.

Admins can add credits to user accounts manually. All top-ups are logged in the audit trail.

Admins can override default credit costs for any report type to implement custom pricing.

Customer report content is never stored. Data exists only in memory during generation and is purged immediately after.

Your data is never used to train AI models. We do not store prompts or responses for training purposes.

All data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Authentication uses secure OAuth protocols.

Admin actions and credit transactions are logged for compliance. Logs contain only metadata, never content.
